Rahul Gandhi’s attack on Modi government, said – Prime Minister does not come to the house, this is no way to run a democracy

Opposition MPs, including Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, demonstrated near the Gandhi statue in the Parliament premises on Tuesday against the suspension of 12 Rajya Sabha MPs. Dola Sen from TMC also participated in this demonstration. Attacking the Modi government, Rahul said, the Prime Minister does not come to the house. This is not a way to run a democracy.
It has been 14 days since the suspension of opposition MPs. We are not allowed to debate on the issues on which the opposition wants to debate in the House. The opposition member who tries to raise his voice is suspended. This is the murder of democracy.

In a tweet before joining the march, Rahul Gandhi said that the Narendra Modi government needs to take tuitions in terms of discussion and dissent in a democracy. On the first day of the winter session of Parliament, which began on November 29, 12 members of opposition parties, including Congress and Trinamool Congress, were suspended in the Rajya Sabha for the remaining period of the session for “indecent conduct” in the monsoon session. Since the suspension, these MPs have been staging a sit-in in the Parliament premises from morning to evening during the proceedings of the Parliament.
