The preparations for the rally of former Congress National President Rahul Gandhi, which is going to be held in the capital Dehradun on Thursday, 16 December, are going on in full swing. Along with the party organization level, frontal organizations have also taken the lead. The round of meetings of different committees is going on in the party office. Along with this, continuous feedback is being taken from the districts.

Discussion on preparedness

State in-charge Devendra Yadav, co-in-charge Rajesh Dharmani, Deepika Pandey, former CM Harish Rawat, Leader of Opposition Pritam Singh, state president Ganesh Godiyal, working president Bhuvan Kapri, etc. participated in the review meeting held at the party office. During this, all the issues including arrangements to crowd mobilization were discussed. Along with this, Congress Seva Dal, Ex-Servicemen Department also held meetings and discussed the outline of the preparations.

Responsibility of discipline on the workers of Seva Dal

Congress Seva Dal state spokesperson Ashok Malhotra told that President Rajesh Rastogi has held a meeting in the state office and asked all the Seva Dal workers and office bearers to be ready for Rahul Gandhi’s rally on December 16. All the workers will work to create discipline during the rally at Parade Ground. During this, the workers of Mahila Congress Service, Congress Seva Dal Young Brigade and all Seva Dal workers will handle different arrangements.

Ex-servicemen will participate in large numbers: Capt. Balbir

Chairman of the Ex-Servicemen Department, Mr. Balbir organized a meeting regarding the rally and issued instructions to the workers. He said that a large number of ex-servicemen would participate in the rally. He urged the military families to ensure their place by reaching on time. Separate seating arrangements will be made for ex-servicemen and their families.
