Uttar Pradesh : Akhilesh Yadav’s announcement, will not leave Amethi and Rae Bareli seats

Accusing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government of forcing the people of Uttar Pradesh to face problems, shortages and difficulties, Samajwadi Party (SP) President Akhilesh Yadav said that his party along with its allies in Amethi and Rae Bareli Including will contest elections on all 403 assembly seats of the state and form a government of absolute majority. Talking to reporters ahead of the Vijay Rath Yatra in the Congress stronghold, Akhilesh told reporters here on Friday that Congress and SP have been giving up Lok Sabha seats for each other out of respect and courtesy, but this is the assembly election which SP has always been up to. It has been fighting with full force and here SP has got a big victory and this time also it has come out to appeal that the people here should make the SP candidates win on 100 percent seats.
Responding to a question on seat talks with Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (PSP), he said his party announced an alliance this time only after the seats were discussed. The announcement of the alliance was made only after the matter of who would get what seat. His effort has been to bring regional parties together and in that episode it was decided to take Praspa along. They have also been given a place in the alliance. He also has a regional party. Will take them with you too. In the areas where the party has influence, they will be given seats accordingly.
Akhilesh said that the BJP government did not give anything to the people except problems, shortages and jilt during its five-year tenure. The BJP’s effort was how to create problems for the people and they were insulted from time to time. It has been the nature of the BJP government to tell lies and tell the schemes of the previous Samajwadi Party (SP) government.
