Nora Fatehi to become government witness in 200 crore money laundering case, will testify against Mahathug
The Enforcement Directorate team probing against mega-thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who came into the limelight after money laundering of 200 crores, has got a big success. The names of Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi were also revealed along with Sukesh Chandrashekhar. It is reported that Nora Fatehi, who has fallen in the trap of Bollywood actress and Sukesh Chandrashekhar, has agreed to become a government witness. Nora had recently recorded her statement in this case under sections 50 (2) and 50 (3) of the Money Laundering Act 2002. There is also news that the ED can also seize the expensive gifts received from Sukesh from Nora and Jacqueline very soon.
Enforcement Directorate team is investigating against Sukesh Chandrashekhar in the case of cheating of 200 crores. Along with Sukesh, the names of Bollywood actresses Nora Fatehi and Jacqueline Fernandez were also revealed. Sukesh had given gifts worth crores to both the actresses. At the same time, during interrogation with the team, Nora Fatehi had termed the allegations against her as false. Now another information has come out in this case, according to which Nora Fatehi is going to become a witness in the money laundering case.
According to reports, actress Nora Fatehi will now be a witness against thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar in the money laundering case. She will appear as a witness for the prosecution against Sukesh Chandrashekhar. Sukesh had recently alleged that he gifted a car and an iPhone and BMW to Nora Fatehi at an event in Chennai. After which the ED questioned Nora but Nora had termed all the allegations as false. Now after becoming a witness in Nora’s case, many revelations are expected.
Recently, a case of money laundering of 200 crores came to the fore. After which new revelations are being made in this matter every day. The main culprit Sukesh Chandrashekhar had named actress Jacqueline Fernandez in the case. During interrogation, Sukesh had told about giving a gift of lakhs to Jacqueline. Apart from this, actress Nora Fatehi was also named in the chargesheet. According to Sukesh, he had gifted Nora an expensive car. The ED had questioned both the actresses in the case.
