Big break in Uttarakhand BJP, after minister Harak Singh Rawat, one MLA also claimed resignation

The infighting in the BJP has come to the fore as soon as the assembly elections in Uttarakhand are approaching.  Harak Singh Rawat, a cabinet minister in the Pushkar Singh Dhami government, has resigned from his post.  Now the Congress has claimed that one MLA has also left the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Taking a jibe at the official Twitter handle of the Uttarakhand unit of Congress, it is written, ‘Sinking ship, running people.’ Along with this, two pictures have also been shared in the tweet, one of which is the news of the resignation of Cabinet Minister Harak Singh Rawat, and the other mentions the resignation of MLA Umesh Sharma Kau.

Let us inform that MLA Umesh Sharma is a member of Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly from Raipur seat of Dehradun district. In 2016, Umesh Sharma Kau joined the BJP along with other Congress MLAs.

Harish Rawat has been showing rebellious attitude

On the other hand, if we look at the political career of Minister Harak Singh Rawat, who handled the Ministry of Forest and Environment, Labor and Skill Development in Pushkar Singh Dhami’s cabinet, he has shown rebellious attitude on many occasions. In 2016, he left the Congress and joined the BJP. There are speculations that now once again he can return home to his old party. If this happens, then many equations can change for Harish Rawat.

The bugle was blown against the Harish Rawat government

Let us tell you that Harak Singh Rawat is the same leader who blew the bugle against the Harish Rawat government of Uttarakhand in 2016. The government had come to a standstill and the matter went to the Supreme Court. In such a situation, if Harak Singh returns now, then the situation can be uncomfortable for Harish Rawat as well. However, recently there was also a lot of positive conversation between the two. In such a situation, now that the election is on its head, Hark’s departure can prove to be a big loss for the BJP.
