In MP, the EOW (Ujjain EOW Action) has taken a big action against the corrupt official. Tarana Janpad CEO Kirti Raj Arrest has been arrested red handed while taking bribe. The EOW team has taken action on the complaint of the complainant at 1 pm on Wednesday. Taking a bribe of 20 thousand rupees, Kirti Raj has been arrested in his office itself.
Many complaints were being received against Kirti Raj. According to EOW officials, some complaints were received against the district CEO. After this a team confirmed the complaints. After the confirmation, sudden action has been taken on Wednesday. During this the CEO was caught taking bribe. The CEO had demanded bribe in the ongoing development works in the district.
Kirti Raj had demanded a commission from the Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Bareli for development works. Sarpanch Laxminarayan Dhakad had complained to the EOW. The district CEO had earlier taken bribe amount in several pieces from the sarpanch. The EOW team is also investigating the office of the District CEO. Along with this, his property will also be investigated.
