After the continuous increase of corona infection, the railway administration has issued a guide line to operate the train with security to the officers and employees, this rule will be fully implemented from Monday. Special security arrangements will be made to protect the driver, guard, TTE, station master from COVID. After the order of Northern Railway Headquarters, Senior Divisional Personnel Officer Avadhesh Kumar has issued a guide line under COVID. This will be strictly followed from Monday. It has been said in the guide line that till further orders of Divyang and pregnant railway workers, there has been a complete ban on coming to the office. Both types of employees will do the necessary work of the office by staying at home. Both the employees have been ordered not to call the office under any circumstances during the transition. During the corona transition, top officers, branch officers will come to the regular office. Whereas junior officers and employees will come to the office one day except one day. Every day 50 percent of the employees will work in each office. Those who do not come to the office, they will work from home. The employees and officers coming to the office will have to be available on the mobile phone at all times. In case of emergency, any employee can be called to the office for some time. Employees and officers who do not come to the office on the call will be considered absent. The corona affected area is declared as a containment zone by the district administration, officers and employees living in this area have been completely banned from coming to the office. Officers and employees can come to the office only after the containment zone is over. All meetings will be held through video conferencing. Masks, sanitizer face covers will be provided to the employees associated with train operations to protect against COVID. Orders have been given to prepare the duty chart of which branch officer, which officer and employee has to come on which day.
