Chhattisgarh’s suspended IPS GP Singh made a big statement after his arrest

Senior IPS of Chhattisgarh GP Singh has been presented by EOW to Budhawar in Raipur court. The court of Foreign Judge Leena Agarwal has given the remand of GP Singh to EOW for 2 days. Now on January 14 at 5 pm, EOW GP Singh will again present it in the court. In fact, on Tuesday, suspended IPS GP Singh has been detained by the EOW from Gurugram. After this, ACB’s GP Singh has reached Raipur by road and after conducting a medical checkup in the office of EOW, has been presented in the court of Judge Leena Agarwal. There has been a debate of about 1 hour. Remand for 7 days was sought from the EOW but the court remanded the EOW for 2 days and now IPS GP Singh will be produced again on January 14 at 5 pm.
All fabricate are cases
GP Singh has reacted for the first time to this action. GP Singh said in a conversation with the media that, all are fabricated cases. Regarding the property, GP Singh said that 4 belongs to my father, number 7 to number 17 is not our property, nor do we have anything to do with it. Take a look at the FIR, everything will be clear. On the decision of the court, Advocate Himanshu Sinha, advocate of suspended IPS GP Singh said that, EOW has got remand for 2 days, will have to wait for further judicial process.
ACB-EOW raided in July 2021
It is worth noting that on July 1, 2021 at 6 am, the teams of ACB-EOW raided all their locations including their associates in Raipur, Rajnandgaon and Odisha, in which movable and immovable assets of 5 crores were disclosed and 10 crores. Official information was given about getting the property and its increase. Apart from this, objectionable documents were also found during the raid, on the basis of which a case of sedition, state government was registered against IPS GP Singh in Raipur Kotwali. Whose challan has already been presented in the court by the Kotwali police, which is under consideration in the court and in the Economic Offenses Investigation Bureau, Raipur, a case of suspended IPS GP Singh is registered on the charges of disproportionate assets and Prevention of Corruption Act and section 201,467,471.
