Uttar Pradesh / Moradabad : Two miscreants arrested with five stolen bikes, changed number plates and sold them at different places

Two members of the gang selling stolen bikes by changing the number plates in the district have been arrested by the Majhola police. Police have also recovered five bikes and a knife from them. Bike thieves used to steal bikes from the markets and change their number plates and sell the bikes at different places. On being asked, the accused told that they steal motorcycles from the markets of Thakurdwara area after seeing the opportunity and changing their number plates and selling them at different places of Moradabad by defrauding the people.
With the imposition of the code of conduct, the police have started strictly on the highway. Police is also checking two wheelers at the entry point of the city. Under this, the middle police stopped the bike with an incomplete number plate and interrogated the driver, then he got nervous. When the details of the bike were checked, everything turned out to be fake. After this, the Majhola police interrogated Sajid Ali, a resident of Usmanpur village in Thakurdwara, and Muhammad Shajid, a resident of Bagiya Wala, Bhojpur, and he told everything. After this, the police arrested both of them and recovered five bikes and knives from them. Majhola police station in-charge Dhananjay Singh, Sub-Inspector Jayantipur Praveen Kumar, constable Firoz, Durgesh Kumar, Rahul Kumar, Sachin Kumar recovered the vehicles. Along with this, other members of the vehicle thieves gang are also being searched.
