Pushkar Singh Dhami will contest from Khatima for the third time
In Udham Singh Nagar district, there are 9 assembly seats including Khatima and 7 out of 9 seats are currently occupied by BJP. Chief Minister Dhami is contesting from Khatima assembly seat for the third time. He had earlier won elections from here in 2012 and 2017. The number of voters in Khatima assembly constituency is 1,19,980 and it is the lowest electorate in the district.
Now it will be a matter to be seen whether this time also the people tie their heads of victory to the BJP or this time the people have made up their mind to change the government in the state. A decision on this will be taken on March 10 with the results of the elections.
