Uttarakhand / Dehradun : Sanjay Kannojia alias Kaddu Bhai violated the code of conduct, notice issued

The Election Commission has issued a notice to Sanjay Kannojia alias Kaddu Bhai for violating the model code of conduct. They have asked for a reply in three days. If no satisfactory reply is received, further action is taken. Kaddu Bhai is contesting for Congress ticket from Rajpur assembly. Returning officer Raza Abbas told that Kaddu Bhai had published a greeting message in a newspaper without permission, which is a violation of the model code of conduct. On receipt of the complaint, a notice has been sent to them. A reply has been sought in three days. If a satisfactory response is not received, further action will be taken.
