According to the latest data released by the Ministry of Health, at present the active patients of Corona have reached 16 lakh 56 thousand 341. The recovery rate has also come down to 94.27 percent.
The figure of active patients has reached 4.43 percent of the total cases reported so far in the country. However, in the last one day, 1 lakh 51 thousand 740 patients have also been cured of corona.
At present, 8 thousand 209 cases of Omicron variant have been confirmed in the country, which is 6.02 percent more than yesterday. The daily infection rate has reached 19.65 percent.
More than 22 thousand new cases in Kerala
In the last 24 hours, 22,946 new cases of corona have been reported in Kerala. During this 5290 people have been cured.
