Uttar Pradesh : Akhilesh surrounded by making Nahid Hasan SP candidate from Kairana, demanding cancellation of recognition of SP from Supreme Court

SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has been surrounded by the nomination of gangster Nahid Hasan from Kairana seat of Uttar Pradesh. BJP leader and lawyer Ashwini Upadhyay has filed a petition in the Supreme Court alleging violation of the directions of the Election Commission. In this, he demanded that the Election Commission should be directed to prosecute Yadav and cancel the recognition of SP.

It has been said in the petition that in the matter of deciding the candidate in the election, the SP has violated the order of the Supreme Court. Therefore its recognition should be abolished. Upadhyay said in a conversation with a TV channel that the SP has violated the directions of the Supreme Court by fielding Nahid Hasan from Kairana in UP.

Ashwini Upadhyay said that Samajwadi Party has fielded a gangster from Kairana. SP did not release his criminal record on its Twitter account and website. Apart from this, no information was given in electronic, print media and social media also.
