‘We with Akhilesh Yadav, don’t try to defeat Owais sahib’ – Abdullah Azam Khan
Abdullah Azam Khan, son of Samajwadi Party leader and former minister Azam Khan, has targeted AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi. Talking to NDTV, Abdullah said, ‘Owaisi sahib speaks some aur hai kar kuch aur hai. We are with Akhilesh Yadav. Do not do the work of defeating Owaisi sahib. Abdullah Azam said, ‘We are also facing cases of buffalo theft, goat theft, chicken theft, book theft. I will not speak much on this as the matter is in court. Been in jail for two years for our family. My mother was in jail for 10 months while my father is in jail for two years. I have been accused of putting fake papers, I have not done anything like this. I expect justice from the Supreme Court.
Abdullah said, ‘My father got COVID but after 9 days he was sent to the hospital. My father survived to die. My father was a nine-time MLA and two-time MP but he is being kept in C class jail. They are locked in an 8 by 8 cell. He said, ‘All the cases are false, we have been treated very badly. We have been treated very badly. If I speak too much then I will put you in jail. Regarding the UP assembly elections, he said that from where the party will give instructions, he will contest from there.
