High court strict regarding Sanskrit language, asked why the government is behaving step-motherly

The Allahabad High Court has commented on the state regarding the teachers of Sanskrit and Sanskrit language, the oldest language of Indian civilization. The Allahabad High Court said, ‘The state government cannot treat the oldest language of Indian civilization step-motherly’, the high court said, which is the state which has the responsibility of preserving the language. He cannot be allowed to keep and remove Sanskrit teachers on contract at the discretion of the officers. The High Court made this observation on the petition filed. Along with this, a reply has also been sought from the state government within three weeks.

Expressing surprise in the matter, the High Court said that Hindi teachers are teaching Sanskrit. There is no post of DIET Sanskrit teacher in the rules 2013. The High Court said that even if there is no post, the appointment of Sanskrit teacher is being done on contract till regular appointment is made. The High Court suggested that the government should include Sanskrit language in the list and make regular appointments by creating the post of Sanskrit teacher. In this case, the court has also directed the government to file its reply by February 21.
If you teach Sanskrit, keep the speaker too.
During the hearing of the petition, the High Court said that Sanskrit is a special language, if it is being taught, then the post of Sanskrit teacher should also be created. The High Court made a stern remark ‘Government cannot treat Sanskrit step-motherly’. The court asked that the government is keeping Sanskrit teachers on contract, yet why there is no regular post, it is not explaining the reason.

The petitioner in this case is the guest spokesperson of Sanskrit in Bansi Diet. He said that the Deputy Director Diet had sent a proposal to the State Government for regular appointment. But due to lack of permission on this, he was removed. Thereafter, he challenged the decision through a petition. The petitioner says that out of 1280 sanctioned posts in DIET, 1230 teachers of many subjects are currently working.

In this country everyone is hypocrites, everyone is patriotic, but Sanskrit and Hindi are avoided, everyone is in the spirit of English and our Supreme Court is not untouched by this, there is no cross-examination in Hindi.
