Uttar Pradesh / Moradabad : Life imprisonment for raping minor

A case was registered for molesting a minor girl and then entering the house and raping her. The convict had earlier molested the victim, after the case was registered in this case, he went to jail. After his release from jail, he committed the rape incident. After the completion of the hearing on Thursday, the court sentenced the convict to life imprisonment. Along with this, a fine of Rs 56 thousand was also imposed.

The laborer, a resident of a locality of Katghar police station area, lives with his wife and daughter. According to the victim’s father, on 23 April 2018, he had filed a case against Faim, a resident of Kanshiram Nagar. In which he had alleged that the accused youth molested his minor daughter. The Majhola police station registered a case and sent the accused to jail. After getting out of jail, on 24 April 2018, the accused Fiem reached the minor girl’s house. Finding him alone in the house, he carried out the incident of rape. Along with making a video of the incident, the accused started running away from the spot by threatening to kill the minor, when the surrounding people ran and caught the accused and handed him over to the police. In this case, on the complaint of the victim’s father, the police registered a case against the accused youth and sent him to jail. Special Public Prosecutor Muhammad Akram Khan said that on Thursday, ADJ Subhash Singh in Special POCSO Court No. 3 gave the verdict after the completion of the trial. He sentenced the guilty Faim to life imprisonment as well as sentenced him to a fine of 56 thousand rupees.
