He said that for five days, he has become troubled by continuously making rounds of the Returning Officer’s office. Returning Officer Devendra Pratap Singh said that the nomination of Vaidyaraj Kishan, the candidate of the United Vikas Party, has been canceled. Singh said that he was given an opportunity to complete the documents by issuing three notices each. Even after this he did not complete the incomplete documents.
