Uttar Pradesh / Jhansi : Eight-month-old pregnant woman was raped on the tip of a gun, the victim had gone to pick up wood, named case filed

An eight-month-old pregnant woman, who went to pick up wood near Brahmanagar Colony of Sipri Bazar police station in Jhansi, was raped at the tip of a gun. On the complaint of the victim, the police has registered a named report against the accused. The accused has not yet come to the hands of the police.

The victim told the police that on February 1, she had gone to Brahmanagar Colony to collect firewood. At the same time, Vinod Pal (30) resident of Sipri Bazar was standing there. He forcibly dragged her down into the bushes under the guise of a gun. Here he raped her at the tip of the gun. Vinod also threatened to kill his children if he told anyone about the incident.
The victim says this scared her. After this, the next day Vinod reached her house along with his friends and there he tried to rape her but, on raising her noise, the accused fled from there. After this incident, she went straight to Sipri Bazar police station. He filed a complaint against the accused. According to SP City Vivek Tripathi, a nominated report has been registered against the accused.
Police say that the victim has been married twice in the past. The woman does not live with her husband. The victim is the mother of three children. Police is looking for the accused.
