Army jawan Manish Pandey, resident of Jamunipur Belawar village in Saraiinayat area of ​​the district, was martyred in Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir. 33-year-old Manish Pandey was the eldest of three sons of Narendra Pandey, resident of Jamunipur Belawar village. He has younger brothers, Rajneesh and Ashish. Father is farmer. Manish joined the Indian Army in the year 2009. He was presently posted at Field Workshop Signal Unit Udhampur, Kashmir. When the army officer informed about the sudden demise of Manish to his younger brother Rajneesh late on Wednesday evening, everyone was stunned. Manish became a victim of the accident. It was told that he was going in the vehicle of the unit, when the accident took place, Manish suffered a serious head injury. The injury proved fatal.

The news of Manish’s martyrdom spread rapidly. The people of the village also became sad. Relatives also reached home on Thursday. Manish’s mother Asha and wife Shilpi are constantly weeping. The women of the relationship are trying to handle him somehow. Manish has two sons, four-year-old Shriyansh and two-year-old Vedansh.
