Uttarakhand : National Spokesperson of Congress said – BJP has issued ‘Drishti Dosh Patra’, not ‘Drishti Patra’ in Uttarakhand

On Wednesday, just a week after the Congress manifesto for the Uttarakhand elections was released, the Bharatiya Janata Party released its manifesto named Drishtipatra. Although a lot of promises have been made in this, but the real issues, for which the people of Devbhoomi have been surrounding the government on every front for the last 5 years, are missing in it. Congress has also attacked the manifesto of Uttarakhand BJP. Congress national spokesperson Gaurav Vallabh said that this is not ‘Drishti Patra’ of BJP, it is ‘Drishti Dosh Patra’. Gaurav Vallabh said that BJP has changed the cover of the 2017 manifesto and published it as Drishti Patra in 2022. Major issues like employment, migration and inflation are missing in this vision paper of BJP, giving daily subsidy in the name of industries is nothing more than a joke with the youth.
Gaurav Vallabh also said that BJP should tell how many medical colleges BJP has opened till now while being government in the center and state and what work has been done till now on the issue of health, education, unemployment, tourism, inflation and migration. He termed the scheme of three free gas cylinders as an attempt to copy the plan of Congress. Overall, Congress rejected this vision letter of BJP, calling it a vision defect letter. In Uttarakhand, the opposition has taken a tough stand on the manifesto presented as the BJP’s vision paper. Congress termed it as mere sham. Uttarakhand Pradesh Congress Vice President and Advisor Surendra Kumar took a dig at BJP’s manifesto. Said he used to hear a lot of noise. They have not even reached the shadow of the Congress manifesto. It seems that five days before the voting, the rituals have been performed under the pressure of Congress.
He said that the announcement of the Lokayukta and the White Paper regarding the economic situation, which was kept in the last 2017, could not keep the BJP this time due to fear. Because BJP ruined the state’s economy. This time the Lokayukta has not been kept to save it from the corruption done by its leaders. He said that the party whose central leaders themselves call the promises made in the elections as ‘jumlas’, their vision papers also have ‘jumlas’.
