Amit Shah’s attack on Congress- Said Uttarakhand is only tourist destination for Congress
The star campaigners of the Bharatiya Janata Party gave full force in the campaign for the Uttarakhand assembly elections. In this episode, Home Minister Amit Shah, who reached Dhanaulti, attacked the Congress and said that when the struggle for a separate state was going on, the Congress was not in favor of Uttarakhand. The Home Minister also addressed election meetings in Raipur and Sahaspur assembly constituencies of Dehradun district. Home Minister Amit Shah said in Dhanaulti, I remember what was the stand of the Congress party when the struggle for a separate state was going on, they were not in favor of Devbhoomi. At that time BJP was the only party which used to say that Uttarakhand should be created. He said that when the people of Uttarakhand made Narendra Modi the Prime Minister, they put 5 out of 5 seats in their bag. After becoming the PM, he fulfilled the demand of one rank-one pension which has been going on for years in 2015. The Home Minister said that BJP has given 20 lakh crore rupees to the homes of army personnel by implementing ‘One Rank-One Pension’. The ex-servicemen of Uttarakhand have benefited the most from this decision. Why has Congress always failed to take this decision?
Congress did not want Uttarakhand to become an independent state
Addressing the public meeting in Sahaspur also, the Home Minister said that there is no village or district in this country from where people have not gone to Char Dham. Congress never wanted Uttarakhand to become an independent state. Atal Bihari Vajpayee took this decision and now PM Modi is beautifying the state.
Taunting Congress’s ‘Char-Dham, Char-Kaam’
Taking a jibe at Congress’ ‘Char Dham Char Kaam’, Amit Shah said that Congress has given the slogan of ‘Char Dham Char Kaam’. I want to tell Priyanka Gandhi that you are the fourth generation of your family. If you guys had done four development works for the state, then today we would not have to do anything. Those Chardham, will not do four works, but after coming, those asking for four prices will stand. At the local level, the MLA will do the recovery, the minister will do the recovery, the chief minister will do the recovery, and the fourth family sitting in Delhi will also do the recovery.
He said, after 70 years the Congress party says that Chardham ke Char Kaam will do. Oh, it’s too late now. Narendra Modi ji is doing all the work. From where Harish Rawat wants to contest, Congress did not give him a ticket. But Harish Rawat ji has a habit of losing. Congress cannot develop Devbhoomi, it is an appeasement party. Uttarakhand a tourist destination for Congress
The Home Minister said, Uttarakhand is a tourist destination for the Congress, these people come here to spend their holidays. For us Uttarakhand is the site of Baba Kedar and Badri Vishal. For us, the soul of India’s culture is this Devbhoomi. Our reverence is associated with the mountains, with the mother Ganga, with the Yamuna. Shah said, after Corona, there was a lockdown, so after that there was a crisis of livelihood in front of those who earn daily. The world used to discuss that people would die of hunger more than Corona. But the Modi government is giving 5 kg food grains per person every month to 80 crore poor people for almost 2 years.
