Talking to reporters late in the evening after the assembly elections, Laksar MLA Sanjay Gupta said that BJP state president Madan Kaushik is indulging in anti-party activities. Work has been done on his behalf against the MLAs of his own party in the assembly elections. He said that on behalf of Madan Kaushik, some people were encouraged and pitted against party candidates in Laksar and rural seats. So that the party candidates could not win the election.

Sanjay Gupta said that State President Madan Kaushik can never be loyal to the party. He even told the state president the snake of the sleeve.
