Khanduri and Surendra Singh Negi, Aam Aadmi Party’s chief ministerial face Colonel Ajay Kothiyal from Gangotri, former president Kishor Upadhyay, who left the Congress from Tehri seat and joined BJP, Premchand Agarwal, Speaker of the Assembly from Rishikesh, is in the fray.
