Even before the results of the assembly elections, the process of accusing the sitting MLAs of controversies in the BJP from the mountain to the ground is not taking its name to stop. Now Kedar Singh Rawat, the candidate and MLA from Yamunotri seat of Uttarkashi district, has accused five district and state level office-bearers of fraternity during the election. Although, till now he has not complained about this in the party forum, but expressed this pain in a conversation with the media.
BJP candidate Rawat said that after the voting, the report which has come from different areas of the assembly, it has been found that five state and district level office-bearers of the party have betrayed the independent candidate Sanjay Doval. If the party asks him, he will tell about the names of the perpetrators and their role.
Rawat also said that this time the contest is tough in Yamunotri, but he is absolutely sure of victory. He is not contesting against the Congress candidate but with an independent candidate, who has been supported by the fraternities.
It is worth noting that earlier, Laksar MLA and party candidate Sanjay Gupta has opened a front against BJP state president Madan Kaushik. He has accused the state president of working to defeat him. Apart from this, the candidate and MLA from Champawat, Kailash Gahataudi and MLA from Kashipur, Harbhajan Singh Cheema have also made allegations of concussion during the election.
