Due to the latest situation, now he is also worried about the safety of his son.
Describing his pain on social media, Ramesh, Deputy Director of Health Department, wrote that our son Rahul is also in Ukraine. He is studying in a medical university. In a conversation with News18, Ramesh Chand told that his son Rahul is a third year student. There is a continuous conversation with Rahul through WhatsApp. The airport is 10 hours away from the city where Rahul lives. Therefore reaching the airport is also not free from danger. A state of emergency has now been imposed in Ukraine. If the internet is stopped then what will happen next, he cannot say anything. Doctor Ramesh told that on Wednesday night there was a talk with the son. He is very concerned about the safety of his son. Please tell that Ramesh has a son and a daughter. Ramesh Chand told that the Government of India should find a way out soon and the children should be taken out safely.
On February 18, Himachal Education Minister Govind Singh Thakur said in a conversation with News18 that till now neither information has come about how many Himachali students are there in Ukraine nor any student or parent has contacted the state government. He said that it has also not come to the notice that there is any problem with any student there. The Education Minister said that the whole matter is in the attention of the state government.
