Superintendent of Police Lokeshwar Singh said that this viral video is of four soldiers of two Kumaon regiments of the army. He told that it was made viral by making a video in Jammu. The person who sent and made the video is also a young man from Kumaon. All have been summoned by the police.
The SP said that this action has been taken after identifying the names of the army personnel seen in the video. The person to whom this video was sent and went viral for the first time in DidiHat has also been identified.
Congress had objected: After such videos of soldiers went viral, Congress candidate Pradeep Pal in Didihat had raised objection and demanded action. By registering a report against unknown in Didihat, the RO had spoken of action in the matter. Later, Congress leader and former CM Harish Rawat also raised his objection in this matter and demanded action.
