In which the drivers told that he is a resident of Bareilly, he constantly brings sand, gravel overloaded in his vehicles from Bajpur and carries more weight by getting the royalty of less weight made by the crusher owners due to the connivance of the police post in-charge, police personnel. It was told that for this work, the outpost in-charge of Sultanpur belt, Deepak Kaushik, gives Rs 500 per truck to constable Naveen Kanyal, while the outpost in-charge of Doraha is given Rs 800 per car. On which the police have registered a case under relevant sections. Police has registered a case under Bhadwi and Prevention of Corruption Act 379, 411, 420, 468 in Kotwali Kichha on the complaint of illegal recovery of Sultanpur Patti outpost in-charge Deepak Kaushik, Bajpur outpost in-charge Ashok Kandpal involved in illegal mining.
