PM Modi saddened by Bhagalpur blast, spoke to Bihar CM Nitish Kumar

So far 12 people have died in the blast in Bihar’s Bhagalpur on Thursday night. Expressing grief over this incident, PM Narendra Modi has spoken to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. PM Modi has given information about this by tweeting.

PM Modi tweeted, “The news of loss of life due to blast in Bhagalpur, Bihar is painful. I wish the injured a speedy recovery. The situation related to the incident was also discussed with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. The administration is engaged in relief and rescue operations, and all possible assistance is being provided to the victims.

The death toll in the blast at Kajvalichak under Tatarpur police station in Bhagalpur has risen to 12. There was a massive explosion in a house late on Thursday night. At 11.35 a.m., the police recovered a dead body from the debris. Debris removal work continues. The death toll may increase further. More than a dozen people are being treated at Mayaganj Hospital. The condition of many of them remains critical. Bomb Disposal Squad and FSL team are investigating after reaching the spot. SDRF team has also reached the spot.
