Laughingly Minister Shanti Dhariwal said – number one in Rajasthan rape, anyway it has been a state of men, what to do about it

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shanti Dhariwal gave a very objectionable statement on the reasons for telling Rajasthan the number one in rape. Dhariwal said- ‘We are number one in the case of rape, why are these rape cases now? Somewhere there is a mistake. When Dhariwal laughed again saying this, many ministers and Congress MLAs also started laughing. No one even interrupted Dhariwal. Dhariwal was replying to a debate on the demands for grants of police and jails in the assembly on Wednesday night.

Dhariwal said- Look at the cases of rape, you, the figures of rape and rape with murder are different. Rajasthan is at number 11 in rape with murder. UP is at number one in rape with murder. MP is on two, Assam on three, Maharashtra at number four, Orissa at number five, Telangana at number six, Jharkhand at seven and West Bengal at eight. Rajasthan is at number one in the case of rape, there is no doubt about it. UP is at number two, MP at number three, Assam at number five and Haryana at number six. The wrong figures given by BJP regarding this have been rectified.

When Dhariwal made the statement, the minister kept laughing
When Dhariwal gave a statement linking the increase in rape cases to the state of men, no one realized the mistake. Government ministers and ruling party MLAs kept laughing, no one interrupted Dhariwal. There are also three women ministers in the government, none of them stopped.

Opposition MLAs left the house after boycotting
When the Parliamentary Affairs Minister made this statement, the opposition MLAs were not present in the House. As soon as Dhariwal’s reply started, BJP MLAs boycotted the house after getting angry with his remarks. In such a situation, no one objected to the statement made in the absence of the opposition. Now the controversy over this statement is being considered fixed.

Assembly proceedings were live on YouTube
At the time when Dhariwal was giving a statement linking rape with masculinity, the proceedings of the assembly were being telecast live on YouTube. A large number of common people were also listening to this statement.

Crime on the rise due to unemployment
Dhariwal, in response to the debate on demands for budget grants, said that nowadays unemployed youth are involved in crime, it is easy to catch a professional and hardcore criminal. First time criminals are difficult to catch. The main reason for the increasing number of crimes is unemployment. Unemployed man commits crime if he has no other option. Controlling unemployment is very important to stop crime. There is no employment now. BJP has promised two crore jobs, but did not provide employment.
