‘I have 20 kg of RDX, will kill Modi’, NIA receives email threatening to kill PM

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been threatened with death through email. Intelligence agencies have become alert after receiving threatening mail. According to sources, threats were made to kill the PM in an email sent to the Mumbai branch of the National Investigation Agency (NIA). It said that there are 20 sleigh ready for sale which have 20 kg of RDX. The e-mailer wrote that he was committing suicide so that the conspiracy to kill PM Modi could not be exposed. Security agencies are gathering information that what is the source of the e-mail received regarding the conspiracy to kill PM Modi.

According to the email, the plan of attack has been prepared. It has been said in the mail that the person who wrote the mail also has links with many terrorists. The National Investigation Agency has sent threatening e-mails to intelligence and security agencies. The mail id from which the mail has arrived is under intense scrutiny. It is written in the threatening email that he is ready to harm lakhs of people along with the Prime Minister. The email said, ‘…I have met some terrorists, they will help me in RDX, I am happy that I got bombs very easily and now I will blast everywhere… I have planned, 20 sleeper cells activated and lakhs of people will be killed…’

Threatened to blow up PM Modi

In November last year also, PM Modi and UP CM Yogi were threatened with bombs. The user had threatened to kill both the leaders by tweeting. The user was identified as Deepak Sharma. After the information, the police started investigating. The police had sought information about the user from Twitter.

22 year old youth threatened

In June last year, 22-year-old Salman called the police and threatened to kill the PM. The young man had called and said that I have to kill Modi. It was revealed in the police investigation that the accused had come out on bail only a few days ago. Several cases were already registered against him. The accused had told in the initial interrogation that he had made this call to go inside the jail.

Threatened to give betel nut worth Rs 30 crore

In January last year too, a young man under the influence of alcohol called the police and threatened to kill the PM. There was a stir in the police department after this call. The man had said on the phone that he would give a betel nut of Rs 30 crore to kill the PM. The police soon took the caller into custody. The accused was identified as 30-year-old Pintu Singh. The accused youth, living in Sagarpur, Delhi, used to work as a carpenter by profession.
