Madhya Pradesh : The government asked the reason for giving birth to the third child, now the job of 1000 teachers is in danger
The process of termination of service of three children teachers of Madhya Pradesh has started. Show cause notices have been issued to 955 teachers in this regard. 160 teachers have given the reason for the birth of the third child. The District Education Officer says that if the answer is not found satisfactory, then the case will be sent for termination of service. Significantly, a question was asked in the Vidhan Sabha regarding the birth of the third child of government employees.
The latest case is from Vidisha district. District Education Officer Atul Moudgil has sent a show cause notice to the teachers of the district after the question raised in the assembly. Moudgil has said that many types of answers are coming, in which some have twins in the desire of second child, some have failed sterilization. Their answers will be verified. A committee has been formed to verify the answers, which will submit its report within three months.
The teachers have said in their reply that there was no such rule while joining the job, TT operation failed and someone said that if there are three children, one child was also talked about adopting relatives. Some teachers blamed the health department itself. He says that TT operation was done after having two children, but the third child took birth. Three to four teachers in their reply said that the third child has been adopted by their relatives, but they have not submitted the documents of adoption.

Since January 26, 2001, this rule has been implemented in Madhya Pradesh that if the teachers working in the education department have a third child, then they will become ineligible for the job. It is worth noting that if the government implements its order, then thousands of government jobs in many departments will be in trouble. This is the reason that as soon as the information is received, the employees have started uniting to oppose this decree.
