Madhya Pradesh : One of the accused made by the police in Khargone violence, was admitted in the hospital, and the other was in Karnataka

The case of making the accused of rioting in Sendhwa of Barwani, Madhya Pradesh, was not yet resolved that in Khargone also the case of making two such people accused of riots has come to the fore, one of whom was allegedly in the district government hospital. K was admitted to the orthopedic trauma ward, while the other was in another state out of town, according to his relatives.
Farid, who was reportedly hospitalised, is named in two rioting cases registered on April 11 and 12, while Azam is a co-accused in the FIR lodged on April 12 who was allegedly in Karnataka that day. A case has been registered against both of them under several sections of the IPC for allegedly rioting and setting fire to the property of others in Khargone’s Sanjay Nagar area on April 10.
But Farid’s sister-in-law Anjum Bi told NDTV that her brother-in-law was hospitalized between April 9 and April 11. On April 8, he got hurt due to a fall while cleaning the house. He was admitted to the hospital on the evening of 9th, even on 10th April he was still in the hospital. Then on April 11, he was discharged in the hospital. Since that day he is missing and his phone is also switched off. Even during the communal violence of 2015, our family members were not named in the FIR. Despite this, his name was inserted later. Names were dropped from the case after our applications.
Farid’s brother Rafiq (Anjum Bi’s husband) and father Subhan are also among the 11 named accused in the FIR registered on April 12.
Azam is a co-accused in the case, but his wife Farida told NDTV that he was not in Khargone. He said, ‘It’s all a lie, he left Khargone with bakery products for Karnataka on 8 April. On 9 April, he got a call that he had complained of piles. He saw a doctor in Karnataka, then left for Dhule on 13 April. From there he went to Indore on 14th. He again told that a false report has been written against him. We are all upset, want his name to be removed from the false report.
When asked about these two cases registered in Khargone Kotwali, Commandant of 25th Battalion of Special Armed Forces of Madhya Pradesh Police Ankit Jaiswal said, ‘The reports that have been done have been registered on the complaints of the victims. If this thing comes true in the investigation, then we will take the right action.
