Uttarakhand / Almora : CNG car became a ball of fire after hitting a hill in Danya, four SSB personnel injured
A car suddenly caught fire after hitting a rock near Dhaspad. Four Sashastra Seema Bal personnel were injured in the incident. The injured have been sent to the Community Health Center for treatment. The condition of all the injured is said to be stable. Let us tell you that on Monday, around 5.30 pm, the CNG Swift vehicle number HR37E-9444 coming from Pithoragarh side near Dhasapad in Danya crashed into a rock uncontrollably. The car caught fire as soon as it hit the rock. Sashastra Seema Bal’s SI Laxmi Dutt Joshi resident of Chorgalia Haldwani, ASI Ram Dutt Bhatt resident of Dehradun, ASI Pushpendra Kumar resident of Jammu and Head Constable Pankaj Kumar resident of Bijnor were injured. He saved his life by running away from the car. After the incident, the injured informed the police. On receiving the information, the police and fire brigade started the rescue operation. And also all the injured were treated at the nearby health center Dhaula Devi. The car was completely burnt in the accident. The fire brigade personnel barely brought the fire under control. SO Danya Sushil Kumar told that all the soldiers were going for Jammu and Kashmir duty. He was going from Pithoragarh Cantt to Haldwani. Then an accident happened on the way. The cause of the fire will be known only after investigation.
