Uttarakhand / Mussoorie : Anganwadi workers honored by District General Secretary of BJP Mahila Morcha
Under the Social Justice Fortnight starting from the foundation day of Bharatiya Janata Party, a nutrition campaign and honor ceremony was organized by the District General Secretary of BJP Mahila Morcha, Anita Saksena. On this occasion, programs were organized at the Anganwadi center of Mussoorie Gurdwara in which nutritious food items were given to the visiting children and Anganwadi workers and operators were honored. In the programs nutritious food was given to children and pregnant women and told about nutrition. BJP District General Secretary Anita Saxena said that children can remain healthy only with nutritious food and only if the children are healthy then the country will be healthy. He informed that Social Justice Fortnight program has been organized by Bharatiya Janata Party State Mahila Morcha. In which all Anganwadi workers, assistants, ASHA workers were honored with shawls, shriphal and flowers. He said that Anganwadi workers go to their respective areas and give their services for the welfare of all. His work holds special importance in the society. Keeping this in mind, BJP has decided to honor Anganwadi sisters. This honor will encourage the Anganwadi workers to complete their work in a better way and continue to discharge their duty actively in the interest of all.
