IAS Topper Tina Dabi and Athar Aamir’s love story is no less than Fairy Tail, now they have married for the second time after getting divorced
These days, the second marriage of IAS topper Tina Dabi is in the headlines, she has married Pradeep Gawande, 13 years older than her and senior IAS officer. Wedding photos and videos are becoming increasingly viral on social media. Although Tina’s first marriage was also very much discussed. She had first married Athar Amir, who came second in the UPSC examination with her. Her love story with Athar Aamir was no less than a fairytale. Athar fails even actors and models in looks.
After passing the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), both the officers got married in Jaipur on March 20, 2018, soon after their romance and love story made headlines across the country. His wedding ceremony was attended by top politicians including Vice President Venkaiah Naidu and the then Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan. Their love story became a topic of discussion from Delhi to Jammu and Kashmir and the All India Hindu Mahasabha termed it as “love-jihad”.
Both had said that they fell in love during training. Tina Dabi had topped the 2015 UPSC exam, while Athar had secured second position in the same year. Both were given Rajasthan cadre. Tina secured the first position during the training and also received the President’s Medal.
There were reports from last year itself that the two were going to separate, when Tina removed Khan from her name on social media last year. Tina Dabi is a graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi. At the same time, Athar Khan, a resident of Anantnag, is currently appointed in the Government of Jammu and Kashmir and is posted in Srinagar. Both of them got divorced in Jaipur Family Court, after which Tina has now married for the second time.
