Uttarakhand : CM Dhami started the online portal of Chief Minister’s references and letters, took cognizance of the problem of Mukesh Ram, a resident of Champawat, over the phone

The Chief Minister said that it is the endeavor of the State Government that public problems and grievances should be resolved promptly. He said that Chief Minister’s Helpline No. 1905, Apni Sarkar Portal and Corruption Free Uttarakhand App 1064 would be reviewed every 15 days at the level of Additional Chief Secretary to Chief Minister, Chief Secretary in one month and Chief Minister in three months. The special attention of the government is on simplification, solution and disposal. The Chief Minister said that the action taken so far by the departments for simplification of procedures would be reviewed soon. For the overall development of Uttarakhand, the roadmap being prepared by the departments for the next 10 years will also be reviewed soon.

The Chief Minister directed that the e-office system should be further strengthened at the government and district level. The authorities will have to clarify the reasons for the non-disposal of files within the stipulated time frame. The reference / letter received to the Chief Minister’s Office will now be received by the concerned Departmental Secretary, Departmental Officer through a single click. The complainant will also receive a message on the mobile number entered by him. The complainant will get a link along with the message, on which they can get every information about the action taken on their complaint. The officer of the department to which the complaint is related, they will have to dispose of it within the stipulated time period.
