Uttarakhand / Haldwani : Route plan issued for traffic arrangement
The District Police has again issued the Route Diversion Plan for Saturday, the last day of the week. According to the new plan, the vehicles of Rampur and Bareilly road going towards the mountain will be stopped at the Panchayat Ghar and sent towards Kaladhungi Road. The police have prepared this plan to deal with the jam.

According to SP Traffic Dr. Jagdish Chandra, vehicles going from Nainital and Bhimtal Road towards Bareilly or Rampur Road will pass through Teenpani Gola bypass road from Nariman Tirahe via Gaulapar.
- Vehicles going from the mountain towards Ramnagar-Kaladhungi will go on the Kaladhungi road via Coltax Tiraha, Panchakki, Laldantha Bypass.
- Vehicles going from Kathgodam to Bhimtal Mukteshwar will use HMT route.
- Vehicles going towards Nainital will go directly through Nainital road.
Vehicles going from Nainital Road towards Rampur Road will go directly towards Mangal Pav.
From Gandhi Inter College Tiraha, FI will leave from Rampur Road. - Vehicles going from Bareilly Road to Nainital will go to Nainital via Moti Nagar Tiraha, Panchayat Tiraha to Kaladhungi.
- Vehicles going from Rampur Road towards Nainital will be sent from Panchayatghar towards Kaladhungi Road.
- In case of excessive pressure of vehicles coming from Nainital to Haldwani, vehicles will be sent via Kaladhungi route.
Preference will be given to those booking in Nainital: SP
According to SP Traffic Dr. Jagdish Chandra, only local residents of Nainital or tourists booked in hotels, other types of private four wheelers or commercial vehicles other than essential service vehicles will not be allowed entry in Nainital city. Once the parking is filled in Nainital city, the drivers will park the vehicles in Russian Bypass Parking-1, Russian Bypass Parking-2. Entry to Nainital will also be given through shuttle service.
