An 18-year-old nurse’s body was found hanging from a wall in a hospital in Uttar Pradesh’s Unnao district
The family members of the victim have filed a case of gangrape and murder with their daughter. Police have started investigation by registering an FIR against three people in this case. Whereas the hospital has been sealed. This was the first day of the girl’s job as a nurse in the hospital. This hospital was opened five days ago in Dullapurwa of Bangaramau, Unnao.
On April 25, the MLA of the area inaugurated the New Jeevan Hospital. The deceased girl was a resident of a nearby village.
Allegation of family
The girl’s maternal uncle told, “When the girl went to the hospital on Friday evening, there was no patient there. The girl had taken a room on rent nearby and she came back to her room. At around 10 pm, she called back to the nursing home. was called, where she was raped and murdered.”
On receiving information, the girl’s mother reached the spot, where she found the daughter’s body hanging from the wall of the hospital. The mother said, “I got a call from the hospital on Saturday morning that the daughter had committed suicide by hanging. When I reached the hospital, I saw that the daughter’s body was hanging from the pillars made in the ceiling. Due to the job, the daughter had two- Took a nearby room three days ago.”
The mother told that she has eight daughters, and the daughter who died was at number four. The three elder sisters of the girl also work. Father died 10 years ago. Since then, daughters run the household expenses. He said that his daughter had “completed her studies to become a nurse while earning herself”.
What did the police say
Unnao ASP Shashi Shekhar told that the distance of the hospital from the girl’s village was 15 kilometers, so she used to stay near the hospital by taking a room on rent. He said, “The girl’s face was covered with a mask. A cloth was stuck in her hands. Both hands were pressed between the chest and the wall. Whose cloth is that. It is being investigated. At present the hospital is sealed. Has gone.”
Bangarmau Inspector Brijendra Nath Shukla said that a case of rape and murder has been registered against three people in this case. He told that when the police reached the hospital after getting information about the incident, all the three accused including the operator were present there.

Officials said that the post-mortem of the girl’s body was done by a team of two doctors in videography late in the evening. In the initial report, the matter of death due to hanging has come to the fore.
A slide has been made to confirm the rape. It has been sent to Lucknow for FSL investigation. Rubbing marks have been found at one place in the toes.
Chief Medical Officer of Unnao Dr. Satya Prakash told that prima facie the standards are not met in New Jeevan Hospital in Bangaramau. The hospital will be closed till a complete investigation.
