He has said that though Hindi is the most spoken language in the country, it cannot be imposed on non-Hindi people. This video has become a topic of discussion on social media.

Hindi is not mentioned in the constitution

Sonu said, “As per my knowledge, Hindi is not mentioned as a national language in the Constitution of India. I have also consulted the experts about it. Hindi is the most spoken language in the country, I want it I understand. But Tamil is also the oldest language in the world. Let us tell you that there is a debate going on about Sanskrit and Tamil. It is being said that Tamil is the oldest language in the whole world.

Controversy over language will create tension

Sonu said that this dispute over language will create tension in the country, we are already facing many internal problems. Is there less problem in the country than before that we need a new one. We are creating tension in the country by imposing one language on others, saying that you are a Tamil, you should speak Hindi. Why would they? People should have the right to decide which language they want to speak.
