3,451 new cases were reported in a day, 40 died
The whole world is suffering from corona virus infection. Corona infected patients have started increasing again in India. However, there has been a slight decline in the number of new corona infected patients on Sunday as compared to yesterday. In the last 24 hours, 3.451 new cases of corona virus have been reported and 40 corona infected patients have died in a day. At the same time, yesterday i.e. on May 07, 3,805 new cases were reported, 22 corona infected patients had died. There are 9% less cases than yesterday. According to the Union Health Ministry, a total of 5,24,064 corona-infected patients have died in the country so far. The number of active cases has reached 20,635. Active cases have become 0.05 percent of the total infection.
A total of 4, 25,57,495 infected patients have been cured in the country so far, the government is emphasizing on vaccination to control the corona virus. So far the number of vaccinations has reached 1,90,20,07,487. At the same time, 17,39,403 doses have been applied in the last 24 hours.
Delhi’s condition
In the national capital of the country, Delhi, in the last 24 hours, 1,407 new cases of corona virus have been reported and during this time two corona infected patients have died. 1.546 corona infected patients have been cured in a day. The number of active cases in the state is 5.955 and the total positivity rate has reached 4,98 percent.
