Anand wrote that maximum number of ITIs, polytechnics have been opened in the state. Every year 20 thousand technically proficient youth are being produced. But the youth of the state do not get salary as per their capacity. Salary is available only from 10 to 12 thousand rupees in SIDCUL. Whereas in Kerala it is close to double. Youth earn lakhs of rupees by going abroad.

In other states, the governments focus on technically skilled youth. But we are not like that here.
