Uttarakhand / Udhamsinghnagar: All India Kshatriya program was organized on the occasion of Maharana Pratap Jayanti
On the occasion of Maharana Pratap’s birth anniversary, a program was organized in Udham Singh Nagar under the leadership of National General Secretary of All India Kshatriya Mahasabha, Sanjeev Kumar Singh, in which Kshatriyas associated with All India Kshatriya Mahasabha from across the district participated in the program. Hundreds of people from Kshatriya Samaj, chanting Maharana Pratap Zindabad, Bharat Mata ki Jai, reached Maharana Pratap Chowk and garlanded the statue of Maharana Pratap. During this, National President of All India Kshatriya Mahasabha, Uday Raj Singh said that on May 9, Born on 1540, Maharana Pratap is celebrated as the first freedom fighter of our country. He is remembered for the bravery of Akbar’s disobedience and his faithful horse Chetak. Maharana fought valiantly against the Mughal Empire at a time when others accepted Akbar’s supremacy.
