China: Tibet Airlines jet overtakes runway during take-off, catches fire
A fire broke out in a Tibet Airlines jet in China on Thursday. It is being told that this accident happened during the take-off of the aircraft. The aircraft lost control and overtook the runway. This accident happened at Chongqing Airport in the morning. The media there said that 25 passengers have suffered injuries. There were 113 passengers on board the passenger plane and nine crew members were on board.
All the passengers on board the aircraft were evacuated and the injured were taken to the hospital for treatment. The cause of the incident is not yet known.

A video footage of the incident showed flames rising from the front of a Tibet Airlines plane at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport.
Along with this, smoke is also seen coming out of the plane. People can be seen fleeing the plane after escaping through an evacuation slide from the back door. However, the fire has been extinguished and the runway has been closed.
