Jharkhand : Now ED will hand over big fish, big names came out of IAS Pooja Singhal’s WhatsApp
Enforcement Directorate, ED has said that many confidential information has been received from the mobile of IAS Pooja Singhal, arrested in corruption cases. His WhatsApp has been opened. Every single chat has been scrutinized. In which big names have come to the fore. However, Pooja Singhal is yet to answer many questions related to WhatsApp chat. The investigating agency, which took IAS Pooja Singhal to the court on Monday, said that her mobile was confiscated by the ED and sent to the Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) Delhi to collect confidential information like WhatsApp chats etc. Mobile test completed. Many surprising things have come to light in this. Pooja Singhal is being questioned on WhatsApp chatting. Soon the whole truth will come in front of everyone. On Monday, the ED gave many such important information in the special court of Ranchi.
The Enforcement Directorate said that the money of corruption in the Jharkhand government is being transferred from the bottom to the top, from the officers to the white collars. IAS officer Pooja Singhal, her CA Suman Kumar and other associates have accepted this during the ED’s interrogation. ED should be given some time to unearth the entire racket. In the residential office of ED Special Judge PK Sharma, the agency firmly presented its stand in the corruption case related to IAS Pooja Singhal. Special Public Prosecutor BMP Singh, who is representing the case on behalf of the agency, obtained four-day remand for Pooja Singhal and her chartered accountant through their arguments. Now he will be in ED remand till May 20. Where he will be further questioned in the corruption case.
The ED told the court that in the preliminary investigation of the agency, large-scale corruption has come to the fore in the mines department. This includes the people of the government. People holding important positions are hoarding black money. Many officers and white collar are involved in the corruption happening in the government from bottom to top. This whole racket will be exposed. The agency also informed the court that Pooja Singhal had huge assets. The ED said that information is being collected from the purchase of land to the construction of the Pulse Hospital in Ranchi. Documents recovered in raids at 25 locations across the country are being verified by Pooja Singhal.
The Enforcement Directorate told the court that information has been received about the involvement of four district mining officers in corruption. They have transferred the money of illegal mining to the officials and white collars. DMO Sahibganj Vibhuti Kumar, DMO Dumka Krishna Chandra Kisku, DMO Pakur Pradeep Kumar Shah and DMO Palamu Anand Kumar are being questioned in front of IAS Pooja Singhal. CA Suman Kumar has accepted that he was sent money by these mining officials at the behest of Pooja Singhal.
