PM Modi launched 5G testbed, said – will be helpful in every sector from industry to startup

Prime Minister Narendra Modi dedicated the country by launching 5G test beds. On this occasion, he said that he has got an opportunity to dedicate his self-built 5G Testbed to the nation. It is also an important step towards self-reliance of critical and modern technology in the telecom sector.
He said that I congratulate all the colleagues associated with this project, our IITs. The country’s own 5G standard has been made in the form of 5G, it is a matter of great pride for the country. It will play a big role in bringing 5G technology to the villages of the country. PM Modi further said that connectivity in 21st century India will determine the pace of progress of the country. Therefore connectivity has to be modernized at every level.

PM Modi said that 5G technology is also going to bring positive changes in the governance of the country, ease of living, ease of doing business. This will boost growth in agriculture, health, education, infrastructure and logistics, in every sector. This will also increase the facility and many employment opportunities will also be created.
Prime Minister Modi said that it is estimated that in the coming 15 years, 5G is going to benefit the Indian economy by $ 450 million. The task force is working to start the 6G system by the end of this decade. He said that the 2G era was of desperation, despair, policy paralysis and corruption. From there we have moved to 3G, 4G, 5G and 6G and this is happening with full speed and transparency.
