Rajasthan / Churu: The bridegroom danced with friends till late night, took the bride with another young man

In Churu district of Rajasthan, a groom found it expensive to create a ruckus on the DJ with his friends. The bride got angry after seeing the hustle and bustle of the groom and his friends who came in the procession. The enraged bride returned the whole procession. Troubled by the rioting, the bride’s family members and the villagers got her married elsewhere. The groom’s side has now lodged a complaint with the police. The matter is being told of Chelana village of Rajgarh tehsil of Churu district. On May 15, Anil’s son Mahavir Jat, resident of Siwani Ward No. 10 of Haryana, had reached Chelana Bass of Rajgarh to take his bride Manju with a procession.

The procession reached at 2 pm

As soon as the procession reached the bride’s house, more than 150 baraatis started dancing to the tunes of songs and DJs. Around 9 pm, the procession left for the bride’s house. Drunken drunken people were so engrossed in the tunes of DJ and colorful intoxicants of liquor that they kept on dancing till 1 o’clock in the night. The groom and his friends created such a ruckus on the DJ that the people of the bride’s side got upset. Till 2 o’clock in the night, when the procession did not reach home, neither the marriage rituals could be done. Due to this, the people of the bride’s side got angry. When the bride’s side asked the baraatis to stop the fuss, they fought. It was time for the rounds of 1:15 which was over. After this the bride and her family decided to get married to another boy. At night in the same pavilion, the bride’s relatives got the bride married to another boy.

Married with another man

When the procession arrived at 2 o’clock in the night with the procession, their eyes were torn. The bride was married to someone else. After this the groom had to return to Barang along with the procession. After this, the bridegroom Sunil and his relatives reached Rajgarh police station on Monday. The girl’s people say that when there is so much carelessness in the ritual of seven rounds, then why will these people be able to maintain the relationship in the future. However, the police gave advice to both the parties. After which both the parties wrote to the police to cancel the marriage in writing, citing family reasons.
