After this incident, the forest department had installed two cages to catch the guldar. Meanwhile, in Kulmori village on Monday night, Guldar attacked and injured a woman in the courtyard.
DFO Garhwal Mukesh Kumar said that on Tuesday morning, the Forest Department had received information about being imprisoned in a cage of Guldar in Saplodi village. The team was sent to rescue which. But even before the forest department team reached the spot, some angry people of the village burnt the caged guldar alive. During this, the team of the Forest Department also had to face the anger of the villagers. DFO Garhwal said that the post-mortem of Guldar’s body has been done and destroyed. At the same time, legal action is being taken against the accused villagers in the case.
