During this, CM Yogi said in the house, “Any kind of crime and whatever the criminal may be, it will not be tolerated at any cost in our government.” Simultaneously, Yogi Adityanath said, “This is a BJP government and we don’t believe in the philosophy that ‘boys make mistakes’,” said Yogi Adityanath. It is known that in the year 2014, Mulayam Singh Yadav, the then Samajwadi Party chief and the then Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav’s father, while giving a statement in a Mumbai rape case, had said, “Boys make mistakes many times, so they get the death penalty. should not be given.”

In the assembly, Chief Minister Adityanath, reminding the law and order of UP before 2017, accused the Samajwadi Party of instigating criminals. He said, “Before 2017 the Samajwadi Party gave full protection to the criminals involved in anarchy and hooliganism, but today the law and order situation of UP remains an example for the country.” At the same time, before the Chief Minister’s speech, Leader of Opposition Akhilesh Yadav raised the issue of alleged murder of a girl in Chandauli in the House and said that on one hand the state government talks about zero tolerance towards crime, while on the other hand the UP Police in Chandauli. Along with this, Akhilesh Yadav, while questioning about the crime against women in the state, demanded an answer from the Chief Minister as to what policy the state government is making to stop the crime against women.
