Uttarakhand / Nainital : Nainital’s Mall Road will now be closed for vehicles till 9 pm
In view of the heavy rush of tourists and vehicles on the city’s famous Mall Road, the closing time of Mall Road for vehicles has been extended by one hour. District Magistrate Dhiraj Singh said that the mall road will now be completely closed for vehicles from 6 pm to 9 pm. No two wheeler or four wheeler vehicle will pass through Mall Road during this period. This decision has been taken in view of the ever-increasing pressure of tourists and accidents happening every day. In the evening, a large number of tourists come out to visit Mall Road. Therefore, due to the movement of vehicles, there is not only jam but accidents are also taking place.
