After ‘refusing’ to set up factory in India, Elon Musk praises China

After Elon Musk refused to set up a Tesla car factory in India for the time being, Musk has now given a statement in praise of China. He said that whatever the world thinks about China, but that country is at the forefront of electric vehicles (EV) and renewable energy.

Tesla has a Gigafactory in Shanghai that is currently facing logistical problems due to the COVID-19 lockdown but is slowly getting back on track. Earlier this month, Musk said that the American people do not want to work, while his Chinese counterparts are better at finishing work.

Refusal to set up factory in India

Apart from this, Elon Musk recently made a statement about India as well. He had said that only after Tesla gets permission to sell its cars in India, a decision about its factory will be taken locally. Responding to a question on Twitter about the possibility of Tesla setting up a factory in India, Musk said, “Tesla will not set up its factory in any place where it was not previously allowed to sell and service its cars.” You have gone.

Musk’s statement assumes significance as Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari had asked Tesla to allow the sale of cars made in India. Gadkari had said in April that if Tesla is ready to produce its electric cars in India, it can sell it here.

Demand for reduction in import duty

In fact, India imposes heavy duty on the import of cars made abroad, due to which their price increases significantly. Tesla had demanded a cut in this import duty. Musk had said in August last year that Tesla wants to sell its vehicles in India, but there is a lot of import duty here.

Musk had said that if Tesla is successful in the Indian market, then he can think of setting up its factory in India. At present, India imposes 100% import duty on imports of cars made abroad worth more than $40,000.

The police already suspected the son The police immediately registered a case against the son and started investigation. After which, on the night of 14 August, the police arrested Manmohan Singh from Kulhal area. During interrogation, Manmohan Singh confessed his crime. He told that he has been addicted to drugs for a long time. He has already gone to jail in drug smuggling and Arms Act cases. On the day of the incident, he had asked his mother for money for drugs. But his mother refused to give him money and also did not let him go out of the house. He fled with the money after the murder After which, Manmohan Singh, in anger, attacked his mother’s neck with a wooden stick kept in the house. Due to which she died on the spot. After the murder, Manmohan Singh wrapped the body in a mattress and set it on fire so that it appeared that the woman died due to burning. Manmohan fled on a motorcycle with 30 thousand rupees kept in the cupboard of the house and his clothes.
